These days, we usually go with foods that are ready-made or buy at fast food chains. Didn't you know that you are more likely going to get sick when the foods you eat every time comes from fast food chains? In this blog, I'll show you and teach you how to have a healthy lifestyle. 

Monday morning, I usually drink milk with a bread or two so that I won't get late. It does give me just the right amount of energy I need until it gets to noon time.
In the afternoon, I suggest a food that is rich in iron, potassium, vitamin D and more. Like a fish and complete your meal with the most important part of a Filipino meal, none other than the rice.
In the end of the day, you'll need an egg. Yes because eggs have vitamin B5 and contain almost every small amount of vitamin required by the human body.

But before everything else, you need to be active. One way is to exercise and do warm-ups for your body to improve the strength of your muscle and boost your endurance. You never know when you're going to need it ;)
